Whether you’re a newbie webmaster just starting out or someone already experienced, we all find there are times when we need one thing. More backlinks. And this simply means you create those backlinks yourself or you outsource and get someone else to do it for you. Before I even started using any automation tools to repeat the boring mundane tasks of manually building backlinks I started searching for ways to “get more website traffic”, “seo services”, “link building services” etc etc and looked into what appeared to be the best of all the different SEO link building services and what they offer. See I was just like anyone who started with a simple website I created online to someone who made it their business to flip websites within a year. And I’ve learned more about SEO and what it takes to make the search engines “love you”. Usually in most cases, it has always simply been the same thing. Backlinks. A blueprint repeated by many a successful IM online.
Building Backlinks with List Building Services and Platform Lists
Believe it or not, the types of SEO services and links built have changed quite a bit today. These days as we know there are many ways that search engines score, rank and position a website. Usually its a mix of quality on-site SEO and quality backlinks. Those can mean either from established similar sites in your niche, and from high traffic, high authority websites like Web 2 article directories and Web 2 blogs or Social Networking sites.
There are also many more types of backlinks you can have built for you today all with the purpose of increasing your SERP positions and website traffic. Every website on the net that is created or recreated is different in the terms of SEO that is needed to be done to it to get it ranking highly. Depending on the competition you may find its just a matter of building x amount of a certain kind of backlink to your money site or tier2 backlinks. Today its all about your social media presence. Web 2.0 link building using sites like WordPress, Blogger, Twitter, Webs, LiveJournal etc etc. Not to mention the other Web 2 sites like Digg, Twitter, SU, Reddit, etc and the major Article Directories like EA, AB, Go etc etc. And rightfully so – these sites carry lots of authority in the search engines and if you’re looking to get the top spots in Google in your niche you don’t want to miss out on any links from them!
Imagine this scenario. Imagine backlinks as votes if you will. Just like in politics, the party (website) with the most votes must be the most popular because more people are voting for you or “linking to you”. This is the same basic principle that is usually all it takes to get a simple website with simple content to rank 1st position for a keyword or longtail keyword phrase.
At the end of the day no matter what you speculate on what it takes to make a site rank higher in the search engines having more backlinks has consistently been what it takes to make that happen. Of course, it pays to know a little SEO as well. Good on-site SEO as well as off-site SEO is just as crucial. I’m talking a quality made site with unique quality, valuable content that is built for people not just for search engines. Plus a good mix of backlinks from different platforms as well as inbound links from similar sites always seem to pay off in the end. Even the most novice of webmasters can achieve this. If you know what the search engines want (content) and how they decide where to list your site in the SERPS (Search Engine Results Pages) by counting things like, name of your domain, Title of it, keywords, meta description. Type of content, type of backlinks, age of backlinks, and much more that is meant to be a closely guarded secret of Google’s. But one thing is for sure, if this is not true then why does applying this method work for 99% of the people 99% of the time? More backlinks = better SERP results = more traffic = more money for you.
I always say that every site on the net is different in the approach you need to take as well as what SEO is needed to be performed on that site to make it rank. It depends on quite a few different attributing factors of course such as the keywords of the domain, the competition for the keywords the site is trying to rank for. The search volume of those keywords. The sites on-site and off-site SEO as well as the same for its competing domains if any. Thats why I go for low-medium volume keywords with low competition. These are usually easier to rank and dominate the search engines with and sometimes a 1k a month searched keyword or phrase can be tomorrows 100k so never quit building links to your sites. A site is for life not just for Christmas but boy at Christmas it booms!
But sometimes, to get there, you are simply either going to have to build those backlinks yourself or get someone to build them for you! If the latter and you’re looking for them there is a myriad of SEO link building services online that can be found in your local area or on a global scale. As said it pays to window shop and do your research before just rushing in on the first one you find. There are some great resources online that can help you with this. Ask and look around on SEO type forums, find SEO businesses and firms on sites like Twitter, LinkedIn etc. Always do your research and check the customer feedback and ask questions first. Ensure you have a max budget and find an SEO firm that can do work within that budget. Make sure you know what you are getting and that you get a report after. All standard stuff.
